Whistle Ready

Terms of Use

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Whistle Ready. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 13, or have a parent or guardian create the account with you. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Give an email address you can read, because we use it to confirm your account and to help you get back in if you forget your password.

Coaches and teams

A coach who creates a team is responsible for what is entered about that team. That includes having permission from players' parents or guardians, and from any school or league that requires it, before adding information or photos of players under 18. Coaches decide who joins by sharing invite links, and should only invite people they know.

Behavior

  • Be respectful in chat, announcements and anything else you post. No harassment, bullying, hate or threats.
  • Do not post anything illegal, sexual, or that exposes someone's private information.
  • Do not try to get into accounts or teams that are not yours, probe the app for weaknesses, or overload it.
  • Do not upload files you do not have the right to share.

Coaches can remove posts and members on their team. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put others at risk.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You allow the app to store it and show it to the people on your team, because that is how it works. You promise that you have the right to post it. That includes photos, videos, logos, team names, mascots and music: a school's or club's logo belongs to that school or club, so only upload it with their permission. Deleting something removes it from the app.

Our rights

The app, its code, name, look and pictures belong to us or are used with permission, and these terms don't give you any right to copy or resell them. The app is built with open-source software, listed on the open-source notices page, which stays under its own licences. If you believe something in the app infringes your copyright, email domdavenport215@gmail.com with what it is and where it appears, and we will look at it promptly.

Alerts and messages

If you turn on push notifications or emails, you agree to receive the team announcements, polls, reminders and chat alerts you chose, and you can turn them off in Settings at any time. Your carrier's data charges may apply. We do not send marketing messages.

Cost

The app is free to use right now. If we ever add paid plans, we will show the price, how often it renews and how to cancel before anyone is charged, and we will ask for your agreement first. Nothing is charged to you automatically.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end the service or an account, and will give reasonable notice when we can.

No guarantees

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will never have errors or downtime, so do not rely on it alone for anything where timing matters, such as safety information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: domdavenport215@gmail.com.
